HOW TO: THE PERFECT PAMPER NIGHT

Sometimes the everyday struggles of life can be too much, leading us to become increasingly stressed and unhappy. Taking the time to take care of yourself mentally is important but with pamper nights you can do the same physically.
Bath
Candles can immediately set a relaxing mood. The best scents to help your happiness are vanilla and jasmine. Vanilla has been found to elevate feelings of joy and relaxation. Studies have also found that jasmine can uplift your mood and lessen depressive thoughts.
To add beauty and fun to your night, bath bombs are a must. Colors such as soft blues and lavender help ease your mind. To add a blue hue to your tub, try the Big Blue Bath Bomb from Lush Cosmetics. Lush also offers a peaceful purple color with their Blackberry Bath Bomb.
Using masks will help remove impurities along with tons of funny snapchats. Before your soak, apply your favorite face mask designed for your skin type. To add the effect of a real spa, I’d recommend a mud mask. While nurturing your skin is important, don’t forget about your hair. Try an at home recipe for the best natural effects.
To give your body a deep cleanse, make sure to exfoliate it during your bath. Choose an exfoliator that isn’t too harsh but still gets the job done. For additional softness, feel free to shave afterwards using coconut oil.
While not necessary, there are a feww items that could increase your bathing experience. If you’re someone who likes to write or read during baths, investing in a bath desk will make it easier. One of my personal favorite things is a waterproof speaker so that you can listen to your favorite playlist. (Such as the one in this issue.) Flower petals of any kind can also add to the aesthetic of your soak.

After Bath
Moisturizing after a long bath is necessary to revert your skin from it’s now wrinkled features. Now is the time to lather your body in thick moisturizers and apply any serums to your face.
To prepare for a good night’s rest choose pajamas that are comfortable. Clothes that or oversized and airy, are perfect for the summertime heat.
During your hectic life, it’s hard to indulge in the world of Netflix. Since you’re treating yourself, watch your favorite shows or movies. If you have no clue what to watch, there’s a piece in this issue to help you out!
After your peaceful routine, your body is definitely ready to rest. Don’t stay up too late and go to bed early so that you wake up feeling as refreshed as possible.
